What you receive

A private individual readiness report and a focused 90-day path. Team initiators also receive the aggregate PDF and presentation when completion and privacy requirements are met.

Before you begin

Choose individual or team participation. Answer about the operating area you know; bring recent examples to validate the result.

Complete individually or invite your team

Each participant receives a private individual result. Once the team completes the assessment, the initiator receives an aggregate view showing the shared operating picture and where perspectives differ.

At least three completed contributors are required for a team result. Organization-level groups are shown only when at least three contributors are present. Participants cannot see one another’s individual results. Only the initiator receives the team report and presentation.
