PRAEVENIRE Leadership™ is anticipatory leadership in its most disciplined form. Once strategy defines the course, leaders must embody foresight. This discipline supersedes governance because without anticipatory leaders, governance becomes brittle and reactive. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Our consulting services are billed on a per-day basis, regardless of partial-day usage. Bookings must be made at least 7 business days in advance to allow adequate preparation and scheduling. Consecutive day bookings should be scheduled together to ensure availability. All bookings require a signed service agreement and confirmation of payment terms before they are considered final. Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change; however, due to the nature of per-day consulting engagements, the following cancellation terms apply: 14 or more days’ notice: Full refund or no cancellation fee. 7–13 days’ notice: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged. Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged. No-shows: Full booking fee applies. Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if changes are made at least 10 business days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a 25% rebooking fee. Waitlist Policy Clients may request to join the waitlist for dates that are fully booked. If a date becomes available, we will contact the first client on the list via email or phone. That client will have 24 hours to confirm and secure the date with payment; if no confirmation is received, the opening will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. While we aim to accommodate all requests, placement on the waitlist does not guarantee availability. General Terms By booking our services, you agree to these policies. We recommend booking early to secure preferred dates, as availability is limited. All policies are designed to ensure fairness, maintain scheduling efficiency, and deliver the highest level of service to every client.
